May 4, 2017 – Oceanside, CA. On Thursday May 5, 2017, the Oceanside Police Department executed a 12-month license agreement to use eSOPH, Miller Mendel’s background investigation software system. The Oceanside Police Department intends to process at least 150 applicants within 12-months, using eSOPH.
On behalf of the Oceanside Police Department, the eSOPH transition project was led by Lieutenant Karen Laser. As of May 4, 2017, the Oceanside Police Department is the third agency in the state of California to transition their background processing to eSOPH.
